Mother Clutcher aftermarket primary and secondary clutches and puller tool made as OE-style Polaris parts made specific for ALL 2016+ Polaris RZR 1000 XP and 1000-S with tires swapped from 29 inches to 31-33 inches. This set also works for 16+ Polaris General 1000 with 31-33 inch tires. The ideal size is for 32s but will also work with 31 and 33-inch tires.
These come ready to bolt on and go with spring and helix pre Installed in the secondary clutch, and spring and weights pre-installed in the primary. To make your bigger tires easier on your CVT belt these clutches come with stiffer-than-stocks springs to raise the engagement RPM from 2000 to 2400 rpm. The secondary stiffer spring for max belt grip and faster backshifting.
Engine braking on set is kept the same as stock RZR 1000 XP clutches. It will be less engine braking when going on an RZR 1000-S models or NON XP General 1000 model. When put these on a 1000-S or non-XP General it reduces the EBS amount down to the lower/ milder amount that came on RZR 1000 XP.

The primary clutch comes pre-tuned with weights and spring pre-installed and ready to bolt on and use. Our primary clutches have had exclusive upgrades to the critical wear components to make sure they meet the quality of the original primary clutch.
The secondary clutch is an upgrade to a true "tied type" clutch to bolt-on and replace the BOSS-style secondary that originally came on all 2016-2023 RZR 1000 S / XP models (all packages). The secondary comes with helix and spring pre-installed and with correct splines in them to bolt-on and run on ALL 2016-2023 Polaris RZR 1000 XP including 2 seats, 4 seaters, and S. The set also has improved engine braking, more details on that below.
For the first time, the secondary clutch comes with round rollers pre installed instead of square pucks.
EBS SPECS (Engine Braking Specs): The downhill engine braking on this set is also stronger than what came originally on the 2016+ RZR 1000XP. The primary is the original setup like what came in all the 1000 XP models as well. This secondary helix will give noticeably more downhill slow down when let off the gas pedal between 5-18mph than what the original secondary did.
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE SECONDARY CLUTCH : this is a true Tied style design that replaces the slightly weaker BOSS design they came with. This is the same style of clutch that came on the 2014-2015 XP 1000's and other higher-end XP models throughout the years. This Tied design has been around a long time and is very well-proven. Mother Clutcher Tied upgrade secondary clutch for models listed. This is a true "tied type" upgrade clutch to bolt-on upgrade and replace the BOSS style that originally came on 2016+ RZR 1000XP. Mother Clutcher RZR 1000 XP & 1000-S refurbished or returned usable primary clutch. Fits all packages of 2014-2023 RZR 1000 XP & S. We have a true no exceptions 6 month warranty on all our used clutches. This listing is for products that were returned to us during its 1 year warranty period. This item has been inspected or repaired or rebuilt as needed. Some have been returned to us with the reason simply as "bought by mistake/or not what I needed". Others had failed rollers, weights, bearings, etc. that have been replaced with new ones. Any product that has had an issue has been fully inspected. All components that were in poor condition have been replaced. The internal parts that have common wear on these style clutches are buttons, rollers, weights, and bearing and those have all been replaced up to 100% usable specifications.
CLUTCH APPEARANCE/COSMETIC LOOKS: Exactly what cosmetic condition you receive your clutch in is not guaranteed. It is unlikely you will receive one of the clutches in the listing main featured photos as we have more coming in and this listing is for all future incoming clutches of ours we rebuild as well. As far as cosmetics some are more dirty or stained than others although the function is 100% guaranteed. One other wear place these and all used Polaris CVT primaries have is they will show wear after just a couple rides on the sheave down near the bearing. It is normal to have a wear line in that particular place from the belt in the area shown in the pictures even when low usage or miles.

The roller and button materials are an upgrade compared to many aftermarket rebuild kits on the market. Our clutches have been sold since 2016. This kit can rebuild our clutches that are past the 1-year warranty or OEM 2014-2023 Polaris RZR 1000 XP clutches. There is still $140+ worth of tools needed to be able to install this kit yourself so unless you already had those tools then we usually recommend a complete new primary clutch.
