This is a true "tied type" upgrade clutch to bolt-on upgrade and replaces the BOSS style clutch that originally came on all packages of 2016+ RZR 900. These come with correct splines in them to bolt on and run on ALL 2016+ Polaris RZR 900 including 2 seats, 4 seaters, and S and Trail editions. - EBS SPECS (Engine Braking Specs): The downhill engine braking on this set is also smoother than what came originally on the 2016+ RZR 900. The primary is the one-way bearing like what came in all the 900 trail models and many 900-S models as well. This set does not get rid of the engine braking from 0-18mph but makes it more usable. The original setup was a little intense and yanked when the clutches' braking kicked in ( especially in low gear if let off the gas between 6-10 mph). These reduce that just a little down to a usable medium-to-moderate amount of engine braking that comes in steady but more smooth and consistently than the original setup.
- IMPROVEMENTS VS STOCK: This is a true Tied style design that replaces the slightly weaker BOSS clutch the 900 came with. This is the same style of clutch that came on the 2014-15 XP 1000's and other higher-end XP models throughout the years but with correct splines to slide on your 16+ RZR 900. This Tied design has been around a long time and is very well-proven. Upgrading your secondary means less belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency and performance, and superior performance for the long haul.
