This clutch gets rid of the problematic 2014-2019 Rapid Reaction disposable secondary clutch in favor of a tied removable helix, fully rebuildable style tied secondary clutch. This works with standard belts; nothing is needed to be done to the primary clutch or belt to use this secondary.
