Mother Clutcher aftermarket primary and secondary clutches and puller tool made as OE-style Polaris parts made specific for ALL 2016+ Polaris RZR 1000 XP and 1000-S with tires swapped from 29 inches to 31-33 inches. This set also works for 16+ Polaris General 1000 with 31-33 inch tires. The ideal size is for 32s but will also work with 31 and 33-inch tires.
These come ready to bolt on and go with spring and helix pre Installed in the secondary clutch, and spring and weights pre-installed in the primary. To make your bigger tires easier on your CVT belt these clutches come with stiffer-than-stocks springs to raise the engagement RPM from 2000 to 2400 rpm. The secondary stiffer spring for max belt grip and faster backshifting.
Engine braking on set is kept the same as stock RZR 1000 XP clutches. It will be less engine braking when going on an RZR 1000-S models or NON XP General 1000 model. When put these on a 1000-S or non-XP General it reduces the EBS amount down to the lower/ milder amount that came on RZR 1000 XP.
FITMENT = all 2016+ RZR 1000 XP 2-seater and 4-seater models , 2016+ RZR 1000-S models and 16 + General 1000 and 1000- XP all models.
QUALITY AND WARRANTY: Our primary clutch quality has been upgraded again starting in June 2021. They now include HD shafts and revised longer-lasting bushings in rollers and buttons standard. These both have a 1-year warranty backed by Harvey's ATV Parts. Much time was spent testing and revising these clutches before selling them to make sure they have smooth and responsive performance.

This set comes with over 60%EBS reduction from the oem clutches, meaning it stops your General from throwing you forward In your seat, or harshly automatically slowing down when you let off the gas between 5-15mph like the Oem secondary does. This setup is good for people not crazy about heavy/ strong engine braking.
It has mild but usable EBS in low gear, and just really light EBS in high gear more like the original setups that came in RZR 1000XP clutching. Primary clutch acts like oem clutch overall except has a 2-way bearing instead of 1 way to work with the included EBS secondary.

General 1000 & XP EBS Primary Clutch & Improved EBS Secondary Clutch Bundle
Mother Clutcher new original spec EBS primary clutch and tied-type upgrade secondary clutch and puller tool for 2016+ General 1000. This can also be used to add engine braking to General 1000 XP as the XP models originally didn't come with EBS.
The EBS primary clutch comes pre-tuned with weights and spring pre-installed and ready to bolt on and use. Our primary clutches have had exclusive upgrades to the critical wear components to make sure they meet the quality of the original primary clutch.
The secondary clutch is an upgrade to a true "tied type" clutch to bolt-on and replace the BOSS-style secondary that originally came on all 2016+ GENERAL 1000 models (all packages). The secondary comes with helix and spring pre-installed and with correct splines in them to bolt-on and run on ALL 2016-current Polaris General models including 2 seats, 4 seaters, S and XP. The set also has improved engine braking, more details on that below.
For the first time, the secondary clutch comes with round rollers pre-installed instead of square pucks!
EBS SPECS (Engine Braking Specs): The downhill engine braking on this set is still there but smoother than what came originally on the 2016+ General non-XP models. This secondary helix will give noticeably more consistent downhill slow down when letting off the gas pedal between 5-18mph its not as prone to kick in and out / engage and release like the original secondary did. It has more engine braking than what came on the XP General models.
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE SECONDARY CLUTCH: this is a true Tied style design that replaces the slightly weaker BOSS design they came with. This is the same style of clutch that came on the 2014-2015 XP 1000's and other higher-end XP models throughout the years. This Tied design has been around a long time and is very well-proven. Upgrading your secondary means fewer belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency and performance, and superior performance for the long haul.
The clutch floats back and forth on the secondary shaft. This ensures the clutch stays aligned with the primary clutch at all times, even under torque/power
Less belt slap on the clutch cover which improves belt life and longevity
Cooler running belt temps (especially when running larger tires or paddles!)
